Arrive at the Store

Walk from Shin-Osaka Station East Exit (South) — approximately 3 minutes (about 150m). Head straight from the east gate; Big Wheel is on your right.

Reception / Drop-off

Tell the staff you would like to store luggage. Show identification if requested. Items are checked and a claim ticket is issued.

Payment

Pay the daily rate (¥1,000 for up to 3 pieces). Cash is commonly accepted; confirm other payment methods on site. Pre-payment for the planned period is usual.

Leave Your Bags & Go

Your luggage is stored securely. Keep the claim ticket safe — you will need it for pick-up.

Pick-up

Return within business hours with your claim ticket. If you miss the same-day hours, the next day’s charge applies. Call us if you expect to be late.

Access from Shin-Osaka Station

Target: East Exit (South) area of JR Shin-Osaka Station

  1. Arrive at JR Shin-Osaka Station.
  2. Head to the East Exit (South).
  3. Exit and you will see the nearby building area (approximately 3-minute walk (about 150m)).
  4. Use the elevator if available to reach the storage floor.

Exact building name and floor can be confirmed by phone. We recommend calling ahead, especially with large items or during busy periods.
