By using this luggage storage service you agree to the following conditions. These terms are provided as a general framework for the renewed concept site and should be adapted to the actual operator’s rules.

1. Service Overview

We provide temporary luggage / baggage storage near Shin-Osaka Station. The service is intended for travelers who wish to store bags safely while exploring the city hands-free.

2. Hours of Operation

Drop-off and pick-up are possible only during announced business hours. Outside these hours storage and retrieval are not available. Hours may be extended on event days or peak seasons (additional charges may apply). Please confirm current hours before visiting.

3. Fees

The standard rate is ¥1,000 (tax included) for up to 3 pieces of luggage per day (same-day storage focus), regardless of size or weight within practical limits. Confirm multi-day and extra-piece rates with staff. Payment is generally required in advance for the planned storage period. Cash is commonly accepted; other methods should be confirmed on site.

4. Items We Cannot Accept

• Valuables (jewelry, cash, high-value watches, etc.)
• Precision electronics (laptops, cameras, tablets, game consoles, etc.) unless otherwise agreed
• Dangerous goods, explosives, flammable items
• Perishable food, refrigerated/frozen items, plants, living creatures
• Items that leak or are unstable
• Anything illegal or contrary to public order and morals
• Items that staff judge unsuitable for storage

5. Storage Period

Standard storage is from same-day up to several days (commonly up to about 7 days). Longer periods may be possible depending on space and prior arrangement. Unclaimed items after the agreed period may be disposed of according to the operator’s policy after reasonable notice attempts.

6. Liability

While we take reasonable care of stored items, the service provider is not liable for loss, damage, or delay caused by force majeure, inherent defects of the items, or circumstances beyond reasonable control. Customers are advised not to store high-value or irreplaceable items.

7. Changes

Fees, hours, and conditions may be changed without prior notice. The most current information should be confirmed directly with the store.
